A dialog box lets you select an existing archive or create a new one.
In the Dictionaries and Archives dialog, this list shows the translation memory archives used to translate the active document.
In the Preferences dialog, this list shows the archives used by default for new documents and newly opened text files.
Click here to reset the learning counts for the selected dictionary. Words chosen frequently in the Alternate Word dialog will no longer receive extra preference over other dictionary entries in future translations.

Click this button to open a browsing window for the selected archive or dictionary. The contents of the archive or the dictionary can be reviewed and archive or user dictionary entries can be edited.
Click this button to remove the selected dictionary from the list so that it will not be used in future translations.
The LogoVista dictionary cannot be unloaded.
Click this button to add a technical dictionary to the list. The new dictionary will be used in future translations.
Technical dictionaries must be in the Dictionaries folder, in the same folder as this application.
Click this button to add a user dictionary to the list. The new dictionary will be used in future translations.
A dialog allows selection of an existing user dictionary file or the creation of a new user dictionary.
